Shipping & returns
Pre-orders
Items marked "pre-order" are charged at checkout and ship . If the date changes, we'll email you right away, and you can keep your order or get a full refund. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.
Digital printables
Printables are delivered instantly as PDF downloads, so there's no shipping. Because files can't be returned, digital sales are final. But if a file won't open or print properly, email us and we'll fix it or refund you.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is a flat , and free on orders over . Once your order ships, it usually arrives in 3–7 business days, and we'll email you a tracking number.
Returns
If something isn't right, email us within 30 days of delivery. Unused items can be returned for a refund (return shipping is on you unless we made a mistake). If your kit arrives damaged or wrong, send a photo and we'll replace or refund it, no need to send it back.
